2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Foundation reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
To be eligible, an entrant must provide his or her name, a mailing address within the State of Florida and a valid email address (collectively, “Entrant Information”). Entrants may also provide a mobile phone number for winner notification purposes only, but this is optional.
Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of the Foundation are excluded from participation.
The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Raffle begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are three methods of entry:
Method 1 – Donation Entry. Individuals who are eligible to participate in the Raffle and who make a donation to the Foundation during the Promotion Period and provide their Entrant Information will automatically receive one (1) entry for the Raffle. You may donate to the Foundation through its website: https://41forall.org
Method 2 – Free Entry. Individuals who are eligible to participate in the Raffle may enter the Raffle without making a donation to the Foundation by visiting the Foundation’s website: https://www.41forall.org/contact. Entrants using this method will be requested to provide their Entrant Information and to subscribe to the Foundation’s newsletter, but entrants may elect not to join the Foundation’s mailing list in connection with entering the Raffle.
Each eligible participant, regardless of method of entry, will receive one (1) entry. A participant’s Entrant Information may only be used once.
The Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the Foundation reasonably believes such participant has circumvented or attempted to circumvent these Rules, including with respect to receiving multiple entries.
No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win the Raffle.
5. Prize
The Raffle’s prize (“Prize”) will be two (2) tickets to the Jacksonville Jaguars 2026 home opener (September 13, 2026 vs. the Cleveland Browns, 100-level seats), which will be delivered electronically to the Winner (as defined below).
The Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Four Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($450.00). The Prize’s actual value may vary based on market conditions. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
The Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Foundation. The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by the Foundation in the event of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The Winner (as defined below) will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
The Prize will be donated to the Foundation by its founders.
Use of the Prize will be further subject to team and/or league rules.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted using a digital randomized selection process at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 17, 2026. The Winner will be announced on the Foundation’s social media channels live during the drawing or promptly after the drawing.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or text message using the participant’s Entrant Information.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Foundation may select an alternate winner through a drawing from the remaining eligible entries using the same digital randomized selection process described in Section 6 above.
8. Winner List and Rules Requests
To request the name of the Winner, send an email to hello@41forall.org within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
