Four One For All
Showing up before the hardest moments.
Four One For All invests in prevention and early support, mental health, mentorship, and the kinds of presence that helps young people thrive long before a crisis ever comes.
Where it began
Long before the diagnosis, giving back was always the plan. Four One For All is the foundation’s community arm, pouring into the kids and the city the Hines-Allens call home.
Through mentorship, football camps, school visits, an annual turkey drive, and events that bring people together, Four One For All invests in the whole young person. Not just what they can do on a field or a court, but who they are becoming. It is built around four pillars.
Mental Health
Mental health is the foundation everything else is built on. These programs create safe spaces where young people can be honest about what they carry, access support, and learn that asking for help is a sign of strength.
Mentorship
Every young person deserves at least one adult who shows up for them consistently. Four One For All connects youth with people committed to walking alongside them, because the right mentor can change a life’s entire trajectory.
Rooted in Jacksonville, built to grow
Jacksonville is where it started, but the vision has never been small. Four One For All shows up with intention in the place the family calls home: the child who sees Josh at an event and believes someone like him made it, the school that gets a visit, the family fed at the holidays. As the foundation grows, it intends to carry this same commitment into communities across the country.
Physical Wellness
Sport has always been more than a game. Through sports camps, young people get real coaching and real investment, using movement to build character, not just fitness.
Personal Growth
What carries a young person from potential to purpose is self-awareness, life skills, and belief. These programs develop the whole person: how they think, communicate, and reach the goals they set.
