Who we are
The Four One For All Foundation was founded by NFL athlete Joshua Hines-Allen and his wife, Kaitlyn Allen, with a shared mission: to create lasting change in the lives of young people and families facing some of life’s toughest challenges.
Rooted in their deep commitment to service, wellness, and community, Josh and Kaitlyn launched the foundation to give back—starting in Jacksonville, the city Josh proudly represents on the field, and expanding across the United States. Together, they work to empower youth through programs that support mental health, physical wellness, mentorship, and personal growth.
The foundation also holds a personal place in their hearts through its support of pediatric cancer research and care. Inspired by the courage of children and families battling cancer, the Four One For All Foundation contributes to cutting-edge research efforts and provides resources to help those navigating this difficult journey.
At its core, Four One For All is about showing up for kids, for families, and for communities—so that every young person has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and feel supported, no matter what they’re facing.
