About Four One For All

Meet Josh and Kaitlyn Hines-Alan, the couple behind Four One For All and the two that started it all.
Meet the Founders
Meet Josh
From New Jersey to the NFL.
Josh Hines-Allen is #41 for the Jacksonville Jaguars. But that number did not come easy, and Josh will be the first to tell you so. He grew up in New Jersey, one of six, with a twin brother and four older sisters who all competed at the highest levels of their sports.
Before high school, he made a decision that says everything about who he is. He moved to Alabama to live with his aunt and start fresh. New place, new school, a clean slate. He wanted more for himself, and he was willing to leave everything familiar behind to get it.
Football took Josh to the University of Kentucky, where he became one of the most decorated defensive players in Wildcats history. But Kentucky gave him more than a football career. It gave him Kaitlyn. In 2019, Josh was selected 7th overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Jacksonville has been home ever since. Ask him what he is most proud of, though, and the answer has nothing to do with football. He is a husband and a father of three.
Meet Kaitlyn
The heartbeat of the whole thing.
Kaitlyn Hines-Allen is many things. A leader, an advocate, a co-founder. But if you ask her what she is first, the answer is simple: wife and mom.
Originally from Ohio, she made her way to Lexington for college, where her life took a turn she did not see coming, in the best possible way. Being the anchor of an NFL household, with three kids and a foundation to build, takes a kind of strength that does not always make the highlight reel.
At Four One For All, Kaitlyn is the heartbeat behind the foundation’s connection to families. Long before there was a foundation, that heart was already at work. When Josh signed his first autograph deal, Kaitlyn put the very first ten thousand dollars toward feeding families experiencing homelessness. She understands instinctively what parents need when they are going through something hard, because she has been that parent. For Kaitlyn, the foundation and the family were never separate things. They come from the same place.
