Faith. Forward. For all.
Four One For All Foundation
Turning faith into action. Turning Hope into impact.
Built on a simple belief: every blessing is meant to be shared. To every kid. To every family. For all.
Our Mission
To turn faith into action by walking alongside families facing pediatric cancer, youth in need of opportunity, and communities made stronger through partnership, starting in Jacksonville and growing across the country.
Our Vision
A world where every child has access to the opportunities, support and care they deserve and every family facing pediatric cancer has someone standing beside them.
“In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”

What We Do
Two ways we show up
Everything we do grows from the same belief, that every blessing is meant to be shared. Here is how that shows up.
Where it began
Four One For All
Long before the diagnosis, giving back was always the plan. Four One For All pours into kids and community through mentorship, football camps, school visits, and annual turkey drive, and events that bring Jacksonville together. It is about empowering the next generation and showing up for the place they call home.
Born from Wesley’s Fight
Four One For Hope
For One For Hope raises funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research and stands besides families walking the road they once walked. The foundation partners with organizations across Jacksonville, from Nemours to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the American Cancer Society, so families receive more than treatment. They receive community.
OUR STORY
Before the draft.
Before the jersey.
Before the stadium lights.
Josh and Kaitlyn were just two college kids who fell in love. Even then, they knew what mattered to them was giving back. When Josh signed his first autograph deal, the first ten thousand dollars went straight to Kaitlyn, and she used it to feed families experiencing homelessness. That was the beginning of everything.
When Josh entered the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the number on his back, 41, opened their eyes to the responsibility a platform carries. So, they started Four One For All, pouring into kids and community through mentorship, camps, school visits, and giving. It was always about the next generation.
Then, in January 2024, everything changed. Their seven-year-old son Wesley was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. The months that followed were measured in hospital bracelets and long days at Nemours Children’s Health. They watched Wesley fight with a courage beyond his years while holding their other children, Vanessa and Julian, close. And they noticed the families around them. They had support and resources. Not every family did.
When Wesley rang the bell on September 2, 2025, the family felt relief, gratitude, and a clear sense of purpose. Out of that hospital hallway, Four One For Hope was born, their promise to stand beside families facing pediatric cancer and to help fund the research that gives them more time.
The number 41 has always carried meaning for the Hines-Allen family. In Kentucky, no one has worn it since Josh. And in the story of Noah, the rains fell for forty days and forty nights. The forty-first was the first day on the other side of the storm, the beginning of something new. That is what this foundation is to them.
Rooted in love. Strengthened by Faith. Carried by hope.

How we show up for the families who need it most
When you give to Four One For All, you are not only supporting the work happening today, you are reaching the next family who has yet to learn they are not alone. Every gift stands beside a child fighting pediatric cancer, opens a door for a young person searching for a way forward, and strengthens a community learning to show up for one another. Our mission is a big one. But built on faith and carried by people who refuse to look away, we believe every blessing is meant to be shared. Let us keep going together.
